A United Boeing 757-300, registration N77867 performing flight UA-1564 from Washington Dulles,DC to San Francisco,CA (USA) with 158 people on board, was climbing out of Dulles Airport's runway 30 when the crew stopped the climb at 4000 feet and requested to join a hold reporting they had just lost their left hydraulic system. The aircraft returned to Dulles Airport for a safe landing on runway 01R about 30 minutes after departure and stopped on the runway. Emergency services attended to hot brakes that had gone into the red but were coming down soon after. Emergency services reported one of the right hand main gear tyres had blown. (avherald.com)
The filming day had poor weather. This is the United Airlines Flight UA1564 from SFO (San Francisco) to YYC (Calgary International) with a normal livery. Give me a break due to the fact I am now in college and I really wont have too much time doing these videos but will try to fit the aviation videos in where I possibly can. Enjoy! This is a Boeing 737-900 landing on 35L. Please share, like, comment and subscribe!!
Air France Flight 1564 from Paris to Birmingham Airport, The aircraft is an Airbus A320-214 (reg: F-GKXM') is 9.1 years old and has been operating for Air France since 2006.
I was taking the flight on flightrader24 when I notices that the Air France flight a recorded just minutes ago had aborted in landing approach into Birmingham. It came passed close enough to video the flight again. As it turns out that Swiss flight 425 an Avro RJ100 (reg: HB-IYW) to Zurich was cleared to take off while Air France flight 1564 was on approach near the airport and made a go around. Looking as the flight path of the Air France flight I think it would be a near miss incident. If you also tracked both the Air France jet and Swiss Avro on 1 August 2013 let me now please or if anyone was at Birmingham airport at the the of the missed approach. I will let anyone know if the AAIB is investigating this incident. Thanks for watching and reading.
